Annual Meeting Scheduled
The annual homeowners meeting will be held on April 15, 2026 at the clubhouse starting at 7 PM. Agenda items include the 2026–2027 budget review, board elections, and landscaping proposals. All homeowners are encouraged to attend.

Pool Season Opening
The community pool opens May 23. Key fobs are available at the front office starting May 1. Please bring a valid photo ID and proof of residency to pick up your fob.

Landscape Maintenance Schedule
Beginning in March, landscape crews will service common areas every Tuesday and Thursday morning between 7 AM and 11 AM. Please keep vehicles clear of curb areas during these times.

Q1 Dues Reminder
First quarter HOA dues of $150.00 are due by January 31, 2026. Payments can be made online via the payments page or by mailing a check to the management office.

Holiday Decorations Guidelines
A reminder that all exterior holiday decorations must be removed by January 15, 2026. Lights and inflatables should be off by 11 PM nightly. Please review the community bylaws for full guidelines.

Parking Lot Resurfacing Complete
The visitor parking lot resurfacing project is now complete. New striping has been added and two additional ADA-accessible spaces are available near the clubhouse entrance.

New Trash Collection Schedule
Effective October 1, trash and recycling pickup moves to Wednesdays (previously Thursdays). Bins should be placed curbside by 6 AM and retrieved by 9 PM the same day.
